Grow Dat Youth Farm consists of growing fields, outdoor classrooms, office + meeting space, locker rooms, cold storage for fresh-picked foods, greywater bioremediation, composting toilets, and other sustainable multi-use space enabling high school students to grow produce and bring it to market. Surrounded by City Park’s cypress trees and other native plants, Grow Dat’s inhabitable space is made from converted 24- and 40-foot shipping containers. Working with Emilie Taylor of Tulane City Center, I have been involved with welding and other metalwork associated with manipulating containers for use, carpentry around the site, plumbing sustainable waste management (composting toilets, sinks leading to native plant biofiltration beds), and various other related tasks.

Since construction of Grow Dat was finished, I've been involved with electrical and plumbing work, and modifications for: shipping containers, composting toilets, and farmer's market trailer/display.
